ICM is seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager for our Oroville, CA location to oversee all product support operations, including parts and service operations. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring exceptional customer service, and optimizing performance across parts and service departments. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to implement strategies that enhance efficiency, profitability, and overall customer satisfaction.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all branch operations, focusing on parts and service operations to ensure efficiency and profitability
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives that align with ICM’s business objectives and customer support goals
- Foster a high-performance culture by setting clear expectations and providing ongoing coaching and development to the team
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry best practices
- Implement inventory control measures to improve accuracy and reduce obsolescence
- Work closely with supply chain team to ensure timely procurement and replenishment of parts
- Manage the service department, ensuring efficient scheduling, repair processes, and customer satisfaction
- Drive service excellence by improving response times, quality of repairs, and technician productivity
- Ensure all service work is performed efficiently and meets customer expectations
- Develop and manage branch budgets, revenue targets, and cost controls to ensure profitability
- Analyze financial and operational data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their equipment support needs are met
- Act as primary point of contact for key accounts, resolving issues and driving customer satisfaction
- Work closely with the sales team to support customer retention and business growth
Qualifications
- 4-year college degree (preferred but not required)
- 7 years of direct managerial and team building skills experience
- Ability to recruit, train, manage, and mentor a high-functioning and effective team
- Demonstrated ability as a self-starter, motivated, and results driven to act independently and with minimal direction
- Ability to think creatively, critically, and strategically, to solve problems in a complex work environment with urgency and agility
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to escalate issues as appropriate, including effectively creating action plans, and ensuring completion with a well thought out path forward
- Demonstrated business financial literacy and acumen
- Demonstrated success of changing a culture through leading strategic initiatives
- Proficient in Windows, MS Office applications, ALERT, and related business systems
