POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Marketing Vice President will oversee, coordinate, and participate in the development of marketing strategies and products that serve the mission and vision of ICM – The Global Church Developer.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Recruits, interviews, recommends for hire, and trains supervisory and management staff in the department.
- Oversees the daily workflow of the department.
- Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
- Handles discipline and termination of employees and in accordance with company policy.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Directs and implements the organization’s advertising and promotional activities.
- Analyzes target market information to identify and recommend effective marketing approaches.
- Identifies new market segments that will benefit from company products.
- Prepares effective advertising campaigns based on market research.
- Maintains knowledge of emerging products and services.
- Collaborates with senior executives to develop growth plans for the organization.
- Forecasts, drafts, implements, and oversees the department’s operating budget.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Requires 7-10 years of experience in marketing, content creation, communications, and long-range planning.
- 2-4 years of leading creative or technology teams is required.
- 2-5 years of experience in leading marketing/comms teams in a ministry setting is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, marketing and web development is required, or equivalent work experience. Master’s degree preferred.
