POSITION PURPOSE :
In office position responsible for providing intermediate level design and drafting support to Process Engineering.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES :
- Perform design-drafting assignments using AutoCAD 2D drawing techniques.
- Follow established standards, format and procedures to create, update, revise and modify drawings; communicate requirements of standards and procedures to others.
- Utilize and create sketches, notes, and other input material to generate drawings.
- Report changes and mistakes to Team Leader.
- Learn and adapt quickly to assigned project tasks, proceeding independently to initiate those tasks.
- Responsible for quality of work produced and follow methods of continuous improvement.
- Perform work according to ICM quality policies.
- Incorporate safety, operability, maintainability and constructability in design work.
