The Director of Retail Operations will oversee all aspects of the company's wealth management operations, including technology platforms and integration, compliance and other operational support functions.

They will be a key member of the leadership team and will collaborate closely with other senior leaders to ensure that the company is well-positioned for growth and success. Essential Functions for this role include :

• Manage day-to-day operations including integrated platform technologies (custodian, trading, planning, etc.), operations and client support functions.
• Develop and maintain written operational policies and procedures to reflect current best practices.
• Identify problematic areas and work with the team to implement strategic solutions.
• Monitor and oversee third party vendor and custodian performance as it relates to daily operations to ensure quality and cost effectiveness.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with wealth management platform providers and custodians e.g., Envestnet, Vestmark, Orion, Charles Schwab, Pershing, Apex, and / or Fidelity
