Knowledge / Skills / Ability:
Ability to learn and utilize property management software and office programs
Ability to lift up to 50lbs and perform all duties with or without accommodation
General Summary of Associate Responsibility:
Responsible for keeping the grounds of the community in an attractive condition; keeping exteriors, common areas, vacant apartments, sidewalks & breezeways of community in a clean & safe condition. Reports to and acts under the direction of the Service Supervisor & Community Manager.
Preferred Education and Experience:
A high school diploma or equivalent and professional knowledge of business discipline are required.
Ability to follow detailed oral/written instructions.
Deliver SUPERIOR Customer service.
Ability to track and inventory material and parts
Responsibilities:
o Picks up litter on grounds daily
o Pressure washing common areas as per designated schedule
o Assists in inventory control and upkeep of all grounds equipment and supplies
o Assists with any emergency maintenance and with preparing make‐readies
o Cleans all hallways and common areas per designated schedule
o Cleans all parking areas
o Cleans all sidewalks and breezeways
o Empties trash bins in common areas/trash rooms
o Assists in other types of maintenance when necessary or other duties as assigned
