1. Program Overview
DSO Group is committed to expanding our market presence in the U.S. and is thrilled to launch our Management Trainee Recruitment Program. This initiative aims to nurture the next generation of core management talent within our organization. The program is structured to build a high-potential team proficient in sales, management, and market expansion.
A key feature of this program is the "Fast-Track Promotion" mechanism, which allows for rapid career growth without the usual HR constraints. The CEO will personally mentor and train participants, ensuring quick and effective development. Participants will significantly influence the future core management team of DSO Group.
2. Training Objectives
- Short-term Goal: Prepare management trainees to become junior regional managers with robust sales skills.
- Mid-term Goal: Elevate outstanding trainees to full-fledged regional managers within 6-12 months.
- Long-term Goal: Form the future core leadership team from this program’s participants.

4. Training Model
- Direct Mentorship by CEO: One-on-one guidance to map out clear career paths.
- Rotational Training: Exposure across crucial business areas such as sales, marketing, supply chain, and operations.
- Fast-Track Promotion: Promotions are based solely on performance, with no set timelines.
- Hands-on Market Experience: Engage in real-world projects to develop skills rapidly.

5. Promotion Path
- Junior Trainee (1-3 months): Complete initial training and pass assessments to enter hands-on training.
- Associate Regional Manager (3-6 months): Take on market expansion responsibilities; top performers will be promoted.
- Full Regional Manager (6-12 months): Lead a regional operation and join the company’s core management track.
6. Compensation & Incentives
- Base Salary: $3,000/month during training, increasing to $5,000/month after successful probation completion.
- Sales Commission: Earn competitive commissions based on individual performance.
- Regional Promotion Bonus: Achieve an annual sales target of $1 million to receive company stock valued at $200,000.
- Referral Bonus: Earn cash rewards for successfully referring and onboarding high-performing candidates.
