Job Role:
**Position:** Group Sales Manager
**Location:** Remote & On-site (Lewisville, TX)
**Company:** iCompeteX, Family Entertainment Center
**Responsibilities:**
- Generate leads and set appointments with corporations
- Promote and sell corporate parties, events, and team-building activities
- Manage events ranging in size from 20 to 1200 guests
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients
- Achieve annual sales target of $1 million-plus
- Collaborate with the marketing team to maximize outreach and visibility
**Qualifications:**
- 3 years of experience in the hospitality industry (preferred but not required)
- Proven track record in sales and lead generation
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
**Compensation:**
- Hourly wage plus commission
- Total expected compensation: $65K to $120K (depending on sales volume)
