Responsibilities:
Amazon FBA/FBM:
§ Daily review of Incoming Sales Orders from Amazon FBA & FBM. Processing of orders to meet platform guidelines.
§ Daily Return Order processing in accordance with Amazon FBA & FBM set guidelines and SOPs.
§ Conduct product performance reviews to ensure pricing and promotions are aligned.
§ FBA order shipment creation and monitoring of inventory levels.
§ Liaise with the warehouse to ensure product availability and adequacy for fulfillment.
§ Customer Service- responding to customers and addressing inquiries. Provide support where needed regarding issues or concerns related to products, delivery, or otherwise.
§ Create successful Ad campaigns independently and in conjunction with third-party marketing services.
§ Review, analyze and interpret campaigns to ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines and performance.
§ Coordinate with graphic design team to create A content and implement as needed per product hierarchy.
§ Leverage internal/ external tools to draw positive reviews from customers.
§ Create promotions and discount coupons in accordance with marketing calendar.
§ Review product pricing and ensure competitive compatibility.
Company Website:
§ Support with order reviews and processing when necessary Daily review of Incoming Sales Orders from WooCommerce. Processing of orders to meet platform guidelines.
§ Daily Return Order processing in accordance with company policy and set guidelines.
§ Access ERP system to ensure inventory availability for customers.
§ Conduct product performance reviews to promote top sellers and mitigate slow movers.
§ Liaise with the warehouse to ensure inventory guidelines match sales demand.
§ Support with customer service related calls, inquiries, and emails in a timely manner.
§ Conduct daily audit of company website to ensure operational efficacy.
§ Coordinate with third party service providers and marketers to review KPIs and provide directional guidance.
§ Create weekly reporting of completed tasks and pending item progress.
§ Create weekly marketing meeting agendas and lead discussions.
§ Assist with the development of third-party online sales channels.
Administrative Tasks-
§ Review Master Product Data Sheet (MPDS) and manage updates.
§ New Products: Create new product data, spec sheets, descriptions, copy, images, and content.
§ Upload new products as needed and manage the data with images in MPDS.
§ Generate a weekly report of tasks completed, project pending items, and new items to be addressed.
§ Coordinate an agenda based weekly meeting to review all business aspects.
(Skills & Qualifications):
· Direct Marketing/ Market Research/ Marketing Liaison
· PPC/ SEO/ SMM Experience a Plus
· Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
(Education & Experience):
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
· Experience with Amazon FBA/FBM sales and marketing preferred
· Experience with Amazon Seller’s Central preferred
· Knowledge of digital marketing, managing SEO/SMM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns a plus
· Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
