As a Business Analyst you will be joining the world’s largest & most comprehensive clinical research organisation, powered by healthcare intelligence.
What you will be doing :
Primary Responsibilities :
- Collaborate and consult with business stakeholders to gather and document reporting requirements
- Develop report mock-ups and proof of concepts to facilitate effective hand-offs to the Business Intelligence (BI) development team
- Provide feedback on layout, visualization types, and overall presentation to ensure that dashboards meet business requirements
- Test reports and dashboards to validate content accuracy, usability, and data quality from a business perspective
- Gather feedback from end-users to continuously refine and improve reports and dashboards
- Perform ad-hoc data queries on semantic models to address business questions and resolve issues
- Organize and conduct training sessions, both in-person and virtually, to ensure users are confident in using the reports and dashboards

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, social / physical / life science, business, or related field
Minimum 3 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry in a development operations role, specifically phase I-III Oncology
