Icon Computers in Clearwater, Fl. is seeking to add an experienced Computer/Networking Technician to our team. We are an IT Managed Services Company providing technical support for our customers in small to medium business environments.
Required Technical Skills:
- Provide initial technical support via phone, email, or in-person.
- Diagnose and resolve common hardware and software issues.
- Microsoft 365 Administrator (management,security, troubleshooting, compliance and deployment
- Handle password resets, software installations, and basic troubleshooting.
- Document issues and resolutions in a ticketing system.
- Follow established procedures and protocols.
- Provide basic user training and guidance.
- Skills:
- Strong customer service skills.
- Basic understanding of hardware and software.
- Effective communication skills (written and verbal).
- Problem-solving skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and procedures.
Represent Icon's quality standards of attendance, appearance and integrity at all times Must have dependable transportation.
- Must Pass an extensive background check
- Must be available 8a-5p Monday thru Friday, full time
