Job Overview
Are you an experienced Post-Production professional with a proven track record of managing teams and delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget? We are seeking a Post-Production Supervisor to oversee multiple projects, ensuring seamless workflows and top-tier deliverables that align with the studio's creative and technical standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Head of Post-Production to ensure the delivery of each show is being met on time and at the highest quality.
- Lead and manage the post-production process from start to finish, ensuring smooth workflows and adherence to schedules.
- Collaborate with Producers, Department Heads, and clients to develop and maintain post-production schedules, including reviews, mixes, colour corrections, QC, and final deliveries.
- Supervise the Post-Production team, providing guidance and support to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
- Serve as the main point of contact between production, editorial, sound houses, QC vendors, and clients, facilitating clear and consistent communication.
- Oversee the tracking and trafficking of elements between departments, productions, and third-party vendors.
- Monitor workflows and identify potential bottlenecks or issues, working proactively with department leads and production managers to resolve them.
- Ensure all deliverables meet technical specifications and quality standards, conducting or supervising quality control checks as needed.
- Coordinate final delivery of all assets to clients, including pictures, sound, captions, and other required materials.
- Maintain and oversee databases of projects, assets, and exports for the Post-Production Department.
- Stay informed about industry trends, software, and best practices to continually optimize workflows and processes.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in post-production for animation, VFX, or similar industries.
- Proven ability to manage teams, budgets, and schedules effectively.
- Deep understanding of post-production workflows, technical processes, and industry standards.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with teams, vendors, and clients.
- Experience coordinating with third-party vendors (e.g., sound houses, QC, colorists).
- Familiarity with post-production tools and databases.

The wage range for this role reflects compensation across all of ICON’s projects. The final salary will be determined based on the specific position, the current show assignment, and the applicant’s experience and portfolio. This range accounts for varying levels of experience and responsibilities.
