Job Description: Construction Superintendent

A regional single family home builder with over 20 years of experience building quality, long lasting homes for its customers.
Some responsibilities include:
-Coordinate all activities and operations at the construction management level
-Confers with management personnel to establish production and quality control standards, develop budget and cost controls and obtain data regarding types, quantities, specifications and delivery dates of products ordered
-Customer relations
-Budget management
-Enforcing company policies including developing and implementing operating methods and procedures to eliminate operating problems and improve quality
-Revise’s production schedules and priorities
Qualifications:
-Demonstrated leadership experience
-Strong time management & organizational skills
-Driver’s license
-Self motivated
-Strong in building relationships and able to communicate at all levels
-Ability to reflect organizational values in all business interactions
Experience: 2 years of proven construction management success in a mid to large size production home builder. Value based experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
