Job Description: Interior Designer / Renderer
Title: Renderer

Reports to: Creative Director
Position Overview
A Renderer will create still and moving images using computers, creating 3D models of floor plans, elevations, interior elements, and managing multiple projects at the same time while adhering to deadlines.
Job Responsibilities
- Using 3D modeling BIM software, textures, mapping, and other techniques to create graphics, visual effects, and animations.
- Collaborating with customers in attending meetings to discuss interior design features of home.
- Understanding the project requirements and conceptualizing creative ideas.
- Creating illustrations to visualize scenes, and create a realistic environment for home renders and render videos.
- Receiving feedback from management and clients based on the proposed designs.
- Reviewing 3D visualizations and recommending improvements.
- Meeting with clients, Designers, and Directors to discuss and review projects and deadlines.
REQUIREMENTS:
- A strong portfolio of previous work and completed projects.
- Strong working knowledge of industry-standard software, including AutoCAD, 3-D Max, Sketch up, Lumion or similar BIM software
- Excellent creativity and artistic skills.
- An eye for composition, realism, texture, color, and lighting.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Willingness to remain up to date on the latest creative software and hardware.
Required Experience/Education:
- Certificate, associate's degree, or bachelor's degree in architecture, interior design, or related field.
- 1-3 years’ prior experience in interior design or related field.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour
