Are you someone who enjoys making people smile—before they even sit in the chair? Our busy and friendly dental office is looking for a Dental Receptionist who brings positive energy, great communication skills, and strong attention to detail.

As the first face our patients see and the voice they hear on the phone, you'll play a key role in creating a calm and welcoming experience.

What You'll Be Doing/ Job Description:

• Greeting and checking in patients with a smile
• Answering phone calls and assisting patients with their questions
• Scheduling and confirming appointments efficiently
• Creating and updating patient charts with accuracy
• Verifying and inputting insurance breakdowns into our system
• Working closely with our dental team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

What We’re Looking For:

• Someone who is warm, organized, and professional
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills
• Prior dental office or medical office experience is a big plus
• Familiarity with dental insurance is highly preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 28 – 40 per week
