Valet Driver

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Parking Attendant to join our team at The Carriage House. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional guest services while ensuring a safe and efficient parking experience. The Parking Attendant is responsible providing support to guests.

Duties:

- Manage and direct parking activities, ensuring parking spaces are utilized efficiently and safely.
- Assist guests with parking and navigating the parking facility.
- Maintain a clean and safe parking environment, including the interior and exterior of the parking facility.
- Assist with parking enforcement, including towing and booting vehicles as necessary.
- Communicate effectively with guests and staff to resolve any issues.
- Provide exceptional hospitality and guest services, including responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols.

Skills:

- Experience in hospitality, retail, or customer service, with a focus on providing excellent guest experiences.
- Ability to operate a valet parking service, including parking and retrieving vehicles.
- Experience as a delivery driver or possessing a valid driver's license with experience driving a manual transmission vehicle.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Physical stamina to lift, push, and pull equipment and perform other physically demanding tasks.
- Ability to work in a variety of weather conditions.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.48 - $15.49 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 32 per week
