ICON Injection Molding is a plastic injection molding company located in North Phoenix. We are seeking warehouse workers to join our team in the base-level position of Operator. No prior experience is necessary but experience in manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse is a plus. The job includes standing for long periods of time, fine motor skills with hands, acute visual attention to detail, and repeatedly lifting approximately 35 lbs (up to 50 lbs). Consistent, on-time attendance is extremely important.

Compensation is $15.00 hour. Sign on bonuses of up to $800 offered.

Available shifts are:

First Shift: Mon. - Fri. 6 AM - 2:30 PM

Second Shift: Mon. - Fri. 2 PM - 10:30 PM

Weekend Shift: Mon. & Fri. 6 AM - 2:30 PM Sat. & Sun. 6 AM - 6:30 PM *Shift differential of $1.00/hour offered for this shift (Base Pay of $16/hr)

**All shifts listed are 40 hours TOTAL - We do not offer part-time employment

Position Requirements:

• Attend to a running injection molding press by following written work instructions
  • Stand at press 
  • Open door/bend/crouch/twist/reach to collect plastic part(s)
  • Visually inspect for defects
  • Perform secondary operation such as using clippers, trimming knife, or other hand tool/small equipment
  • Package parts(s)
  • Repeat!
