Schedule(s) : 12 hour weekday shifts : Ideally 3x12s per week plus one weekend per month. Occasional Night Shift : 7pm - 7am

Case Mix : 12,598 annual cases - General, Endo, NICU, OB Required, Ortho, Peds (458 / year), Trauma (Level 1), Vascular, No cardiac, CRNAs insert epidurals.
Requirements : OB experience required
Flight / Lodging / Rental Car or Mileage : Travel / lodging if applicable
Pay Rate : $200 / hr
CRNA, SC license, ACLS, BLS, PALS required
