This role is critical in providing high-quality emergency care to patients and ensuring efficient operation within the emergency department. Responsibilities

Triage and manage patients presenting with acute illnesses or injuries.

Perform diagnostic tests and interpret results to determine appropriate treatment plans.

Administer medications, treatments, and other medical interventions as necessary.

Liaise with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using electronic health record systems.

Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding medical conditions and treatments.

Participate in departmental meetings, training sessions, and continuous professional development activities.

Ensure compliance with all hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Schedule : variable shifts including weekends

Qualifications : Bachelor's degree or higher, minimum of two years of experience working in an emergency medicine setting.

Certifications required : ACLS, PALS, BLS

Skills : Keen attention to detail with strong organizational skills, Adept at handling stressful situations with composure and professionalism, Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable but not mandatory.
