Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Car Sales Consultant to join our dealership team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the vehicle purchasing process, building lasting relationships, and driving sales growth. Your ability to understand customer needs, provide exceptional service, and effectively manage the sales process will be key to your success. The ideal candidate will have a mix of inside and outside sales experience, a passion for the automotive industry, and a strong drive to exceed sales goals.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles that meet their needs and budget.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service and follow-ups.
- Conduct test drives and provide detailed explanations of vehicle features and benefits.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to dealership sales growth.
- Negotiate pricing, financing options, and trade-in evaluations to close deals.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, vehicle models, and dealership promotions.
- Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track sales activities, and analyze performance.
- Collaborate with the finance and service departments to ensure a seamless buying experience.
- Attend promotional events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to increase brand visibility.
Experience & Qualifications
- Fluency in Portuguese or Spanish and English is required.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2C or B2B automotive sales environment.
- Strong background in customer service, negotiation, and business development.
- Familiarity with retail sales strategies and dealership sales processes.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle options.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
- Experience with both inside sales (showroom-based) and outside sales (field-based) is preferred.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and digital tools to track sales activities.
- A valid driver’s license and the ability to conduct test drives with customers.
