We are currently seeking a Calibration Technician to join our diverse and dynamic team. What You Will Be Doing
- Tracking calibrations of equipment.
- Maintaining equipment inventory and calibration records.
- Scheduling equipment trainings.
- Completing equipment record forms and receiving new equipment.
- Conducting validation activities for systems, applications, and processes used in clinical research to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define validation strategies and documentation standards.
- Overseeing the execution of validation protocols, including installation qualification (IQ), operational qualification (OQ), and performance qualification (PQ).
- Providing technical guidance on system validation methodologies and best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
- Assisting in the identification and remediation of any issues related to system validation and compliance.
- Degree in a relevant field such as life sciences, computer science, or engineering.
- Experience in systems validation within the pharmaceutical or clinical research industry, with a solid understanding of regulatory requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
