As a Clinical Services Associate at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in designing and analyzing clinical trials, interpreting complex medical data, and contributing to the advancement of innovative treatments and therapies.What you will be doing
- Supervising and managing a team of Medical Research Associates, ensuring the development and execution of effective processes and strategies tailored to each study's needs.
- Partnering with cross-functional teams to design and implement clinical trial protocols.
- Analyzing and interpreting clinical trial data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Managing and coordinating study activities, including site initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with investigative sites, sponsors, and vendors.
- Contributing to the development of clinical trial documents, including protocols, case report forms, and study reports.Your profile
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline.
- Prior experience in clinical research or related healthcare field.
- Good grasp of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
