As our Project Manager - Water Mitigation, you will earn a base salary of $40,000 per year as a draw against commissions, with an earning potential of up to $150,000 based on performance. Additional commission opportunities are available for board-ups and crime scene/trauma jobs. Commissions are paid monthly, and draws are reconciled accordingly.
WHAT YOUR DAY IS LIKE
Each day as a Project Manager - Water Mitigation is dynamic and rewarding. You start by dispatching from your home to the job site, where you'll immediately respond to emergency water mitigation calls. Upon arrival, you secure the job, get the contract signed, and begin mitigation as quickly as possible. Your day revolves around performing structural drying to IICRC standards, maintaining compliance, and keeping clients informed of progress. You'll use your keen eye to take photos of the damage, track equipment, and update job statuses in DASH, all while wearing your protective gear and handling all communication with adjusters, customers, and other contacts.

WHAT'S NEEDED FROM A PROJECT MANAGER - WATER MITIGATION?
We're looking for someone who can work on-call, with 24-hour availability for emergency calls during scheduled work weeks, while meeting the following qualifications:
- Valid driver's license
- Professional appearance
- Trained in boarding up properties and crime scene trauma
- IICRC certification
- Ability to lift 75 pounds consecutively
- Ability to work in PPE
