We are seeking a skilled Listing Specialist to join our dynamic team. To be eligible, you must possess an active real estate license and have completed at least nine transactions in the past year.

• Scheduled Appointments: Our Inside Sales Agents (ISAs) will schedule listing appointments directly into your Calendly. Our Indianapolis team consistently arranges 3-5 listing appointments weekly.

Responsibilities

• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market homes
• Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
• Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers
• Track activities and clients in Brivity Technology
  
  

Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Overcoming objections by problem solving comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.
