What You Will Be Doing
- Develop marketing campaigns, and advertisement materials to recruit new subjects for the Clinical Subject Database.
- Ensure Sponsor and IRB approval prior to placement of advertisements. Conduct the informed consent process according to FDA regulations and GCP guidelines.
- Conduct subject screening exams to determine eligibility of potential subjects. Accurately record screening data into the Clinical Trial Management System database.
- Track and report subject recruitment metrics monthly.
- Monitor, track and adjust digital campaigns to reach recruitment enrollment's full potential.
- Assist with subject and study scheduling when needed.
- Assist the investigators as required per protocol to facilitate clinic flow at ARC.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- Creative thinker
- Patient recruitment experience
- Clinical trial experience/Opthamology experience
