About the Company
We are seeking an operational executive to join one of our startups, a high growth mid-stage venture-backed healthcare startup (100 employees). You will report to the CEO and have a seat at the executive table.
We are looking for an experienced, hands-on VP of Marketing to own growth strategy, demand generation, and full-funnel marketing operations. If you're a scrappy, data-driven leader with deep expertise in SEM, SEO, and lifecycle marketing, and you thrive in fast-paced, high-ownership startup environments, this role is for you.
Your Impact:
- Own & Execute Marketing Strategy – Lead the vision, strategy, and execution across performance marketing, lifecycle marketing, and brand.
- Drive Scalable Growth – Manage monthly SEM budget, optimize for efficiency, and expand into organic and unpaid channels.
- Optimize Lifecycle & Engagement – Leverage our active userbase to drive activation and retention through email, SMS, push notifications, and other owned channels.
- Deeply Data-Driven – Develop rigorous A/B testing, attribution modeling, and campaign performance analysis to optimize marketing efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with executive team to align marketing efforts with product, growth, and operational goals.
- Hands-On Leadership – Lead a small but high-impact team while remaining execution-focused and tactical.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Track Record of Success in Growth Marketing:
- 10 years of marketing experience with focus on B2C.
- Startup mindset – you’ve worked fast-paced startups and know how to drive impact with lean teams.
- Expert in paid acquisition (SEM), SEO, and lifecycle marketing (experience with Iterable, Looker, and Google Ad Suites is a plus).
✅ Hands-On & Data-Centric Leadership:
- You don’t just direct strategy—you build, execute, and optimize campaigns yourself.
- Deeply analytical and comfortable using data to drive decisions.
✅ Industry Knowledge (Preferred):
- Experience in healthtech B2C is a strong plus.

Salary : $200,000 - $300,000
