Job Description
Summary/Objective
The Front Desk Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the front desk team under the direction of the Front Desk Manager, ensuring our guests are provided with professional and friendly service.
Essential Functions

Manages and trains the front desk staff.
Greets and welcomes guests.
Assigns rooms and keys.
Answers the phone, books reservations, assists in concierge process, comes up with new solutions to improve front desk process.
Coordinates with various departments to ensure rooms are ready for check-in.
Verifies that accurate room status information is maintained and properly communicated.
Anticipate and resolve guest complaints quickly, efficiently, and courteously.
Provide luggage service when needed.
Keep front desk and lobby area clean and spotless.
Wears the proper uniform; requires all front desk members to wear the proper uniform.
All guests must be treated in a manner to ensure their complete satisfaction. Always strive to exceed guests’ expectations.
Performs other duties as directed.
Weekly attendance to Aloha Culture Meeting.

This position manages all employees of the department and is responsible for the performance management of the employees within that department.
Work Environment
This position operates in a hotel setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones and photocopiers.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. This role requires forty, plus hours to include, nights weekends and holidays.

Required Education and Experience
Associate degree required.
Prior Front Desk experience.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.
RoomKey experience preferred.
