About Us:
We are a fast-growing concrete business in Buffalo, NY, committed to delivering high-quality work on residential and commercial projects. We’re looking for skilled Concrete Finishers to join our team and play a key role in our success.
Responsibilities:
- Pour and finish a variety of concrete surfaces using hand and power tools.
- Achieve desired finishes using screeds, floats, edgers, power trowels and other finishing tools as necessary for all applications.
- Apply curing compounds, sealers, and other treatments to concrete surfaces.
- Patch and repair concrete surfaces when necessary.
- Work efficiently with a crew to meet project deadlines.
- Follow all safety regulations and company policies.
- Routinely collaborate with Foreman and Laborers to identify growth potential opportunities.
Requirements:
✔ 3 years of experience as a Concrete Finisher.
✔Ability to operate finishing tools and power equipment efficiently.
✔Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure high-quality finishes.
✔Physically fit and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
✔Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. (CDL desired but not required- increased pay applies)
✔OSHA 10 certification (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
