At Iconic Dental Arts, we are looking for a highly organized and patient-focused individual to join our team as a Treatment Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage patient treatment schedules, including appointment booking and follow-up coordination.
- Provide clear communication to patients about their treatment options, financial responsibilities, and next steps.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date patient records through the use of dental management software such as Eaglesoft.
- Handle incoming calls, respond to patient inquiries, and offer detailed information about services.
- Create a welcoming environment for patients, addressing their needs and ensuring a positive experience at every visit.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a dental office setting is essential.
- Competency with dental-related software and systems.
- Solid understanding of dental terminology and procedures.
- Excellent multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail.
