- Provide product and service information with a friendly and professional attitude

- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Previous customer service experience preferred- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software- ServiceTitan
