With our innovative AR icebreakers, we've changed the game on how conversations start. As we consistently expand our user base and features, we're in search of a capable Talent Relations Intern to join our vibrant team and help shape the future of social media. Your understanding of talent relations and recruitment will play a pivotal role in our growth trajectory.
Responsibilities :
- Scouting for talent across social media platforms, aiming to partner with creators that align with our brand identity.
- Establishing and maintaining a framework for communication with existing and potential talent.
- Recruiting talent via social media, building strong relationships with some of the top creators in the world.
- Ensuring that all talent responsibilities are fulfilled (i.e. sharing custom content).
