Key Responsibilities :
- Configure and customize Jira projects workflows screens and fields to meet business requirements.
- Expert in developing and maintaining custom Jira plugins and scripts using SIL Programming and Groovy scripting.
- Implement and manage Automation for Jira to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
- Integrate Jira with other tools and systems to streamline processes.
- Utilize Jira and Confluence REST APIs and webhooks for integrations and automation.
- Write SQL queries to query Jira tables in Postgres SQL.
- Experience with GitLab.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Jira configurations and performance.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
- Maintain documentation for Jira configurations customizations and integrations.
- Stay updated with the latest Jira features and updates to leverage new functionalities.
- Execute JIRA and Confluence cloud migration projects ensuring minimal disruption to users.
- Worked on migration strategies and timelines and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions.
- Perform data migration and validation to ensure data integrity and consistency postmigration.
- Provide training and support to users on new cloud features and functionalities.
- Implement and manage cloudbased solutions for Jira and Confluence to enhance scalability and performance.
- Ensure compliance with cloud security best practices and regulatory requirements
- Proven experience with Jira Service Management (JSM) administration configuration and migration especially in cloud environments.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills :
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
