Job Title : Audience Growth Coordinator

Reporting To : Vice President of Audience Growth

About the Company

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Audience Growth Coordinator to join our Audience Growth team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing our digital presence and audience growth strategies for our artists. This position requires a candidate with a strong grasp of digital platforms and an ability to execute strategies that enhance our artists' reach and engagement across various digital mediums.

Responsibilities

  • Work with a roster of 3-6 artists to provide comprehensive support for in-house content creation, including but not limited to videos, D2C marketing, short-form content, playlist covers, apparel mockups, presentations, and promotional content for social media.
  • Collaborate across various internal departments and directly with artist teams to implement growth strategies.
  • Coordinate communication with vendors to produce various creative materials.
  • Apply knowledge of current digital marketing trends to strategies that will help drive audience growth for our iconic roster of artists.
  • Track and analyze artist growth monthly and as needed throughout dedicated campaigns.
  • Coordinate the input of metadata, tags, iCards, endcards, thumbnails, titles, and descriptions for YouTube content; manage upload forms and liaise with partners for content claiming and monetization.
  • Craft engaging copy for artist newsletters and collaborate with the team for their distribution.
  • Assist the Social Media team with the scheduling and publishing of content as needed.
  • Offer adhoc administrative assistance to the Vice President of Audience Growth (e.g., scheduling, material shipping, follow-ups).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing or audience development.
  • Strong understanding of digital media platforms and content optimization.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in AirTable, YouTube management, and content creation tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Preferred Skills

  • Experience in the music or entertainment industry.
  • Familiarity of graphic design, video editing, and content creation software.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing trends and eagerness to apply to iconic roster of artists.
  • Effective communication and copywriting skills.
  • Pay range and compensation package

    Our offices are located in Westwood Village, Los Angeles, CA. Employees work in the office Monday through Thursday and from home on Fridays. This is an hourly nonexempt position. We offer a very competitive benefits package, annual bonus, and a creative and dynamic working environment. We are a fully vaccinated workforce. Successful candidates will be required to show proof of being vaccinated against COVID-19. You are up to date when you have received a two-dose series and a booster, or a single dose series and a booster.
