Our FP&A team is looking for a qualified Senior Analyst to join the team. Reporting to the Senior Associate, the position will focus on identifying and analyzing challenges to our financial systems and implementing solutions within our technology stack.

There are several factors taken into consideration in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At ICONIQ, we apply a total reward philosophy where all aspects of compensation and benefits are taken into consideration in determining compensation terms. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $105,000 - $120,000 together with the benefits listed above.

What You'll Do:
- Work with the team to develop reports, dashboards, quantitative analysis, models & insights to support informed decision making across different verticals of the firm.
- Maintain a deep understanding of where source data lives within ICONIQ's infrastructure, ICONIQ's structure, and how it is integrated with Adaptive Insights.
- Adaptive related projects, including but not limited to:
- Manage and maintain current environment including but not limited to version control, integrations, data management, modeling and calculations.
- Work with various teams across the firm to ensure the quality of data, models, and reports is accurate and delivered on-time to meet key deliverables.
- Optimize the use of Adaptive and its OfficeConnect capability across team deliverables.
- Collaborate with FP&A team and other stakeholders to continue the transition of budget processes from off-line excel spreadsheets into Adaptive (Revenue modeling, Expense modeling, etc.).
- Provide guidance and train users in using the system according to best practices.
- Work with Finance partners to document procedures, reports, and operations.
- Provide ongoing support for admin tasks like data integrations and refreshes, upgrades and deployments.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, MIS, IT or related field.
- 3 years of experience administrating and supporting business systems.
- Workday Adaptive planning implementation or administration strongly desired.
- Excel-Advanced (comfortable with manipulating large data sets, pivot tables, lookups, index formulas, macros).
- Desire to help build out the FP&A function in a fast growing and dynamic organization.
- Proficient in writing SQL Queries and experience with Intacct, Snowflake and Tableau is a plus.
