We are seeking a sharp, experienced, and professional Executive Assistant to support a General Partner and Principal on the Growth Operations team. This position will handle core executive assistant duties as well as a wide array of other responsibilities, including operational support and special ad hoc projects. The Senior Executive Assistant will also collaborate closely with other members of the ICONIQ Growth Support Team and other ICONIQ colleagues. This role sits within ICONIQ Growth which partners with founders defining the future of their industries to transform the world.

Compensation Range: ICONIQ is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role. There are several factors taken into consideration in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At ICONIQ, we apply a total reward philosophy where all aspects of compensation and benefits are taken into consideration in determining compensation terms. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $160,000 - $170,000 together with the benefits listed above.

What You'll Do:
- Includes calendar and time management in strategic scheduling, proactive planning, and time blocking.
- Communication Management in email and internal communications.
- Meeting Coordination and operational support in areas of project management, problem solving, date reporting, and documentation.
- Stakeholder Management including internal and external relations by fostering and maintaining strong connections across the Growth team and broader ICONIQ, staying attuned to organizational dynamics within Growth, Management Committee, and the firm and effectively represent the General Partner and broader Growth Operations team.
- Event Planning and Travel Coordination.
- Personal Assistance Support on personal administrative tasks to enable the General Partner to focus on professional priorities. Examples include scheduling nonprofit board meetings, coordination related to family commitments, gifting, coordinating light logistics for personal trips, holiday card sends, etc.
- 7 years of experience in an executive admin support role.
- Experience working as Chief of Staff or Executive Assistant to c-level executives in Private Equity, Investment Banking and/or Consulting environments.
- Superior communication skills, unquestioned integrity, and experience, confidence, and presence to work with colleagues at all levels of the firm, including external counterparts.
- Bright, upbeat culture creator and ability to think independently and provide creative solutions.
- Strong emotional intelligence and ability to diplomatically navigate complex situations.
- Expert experience with Microsoft Office and experience with Salesforce preferred.
