We are seeking experienced individuals with a strong network in the private wealth, investment management, and investing consulting industry with a proven track record in business development and relationship management to join our Investment Management Development team who are responsible for spearheading efforts to grow our client base, enhance strategic partnerships and drive revenue growth within our Advisory business.
This individual will play a critical role in identifying and cultivating relationships with ultra-high-net-worth entrepreneurs, families, and strategic institutions relevant for the ICONIQ community. This role reports to the Managing Director of Investment Management Development while partnering closely with our Single and Multi-Family Office teams to grow our franchise of ultra-high-net-worth clients to whom we can offer exceptional services and uncommon care.

Compensation Range: ICONIQ is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role. There are several factors taken into consideration in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At ICONIQ, we apply a total reward philosophy where all aspects of compensation and benefits are taken into consideration in determining compensation terms. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $200,000 - $300,000 together with the benefits listed above.

What You'll Do:
- Serve as a senior team member to originate, develop, engage, and on-board new clients to the firm. This effort is a collaboration with the IM Development, Investment Management, Capital Markets, and Operations teams.
- Build and nurture a pipeline of prospects through networking, referrals and strategic partnerships.
- Partner with Analyst and Associate teams in the development of investment and family office solutions tailored for the needs of UHNW clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
- Represent ICONIQ at industry events, conferences and community engagements to elevate brand visibility and reputation.
- Collaborate with the Managing Director, IM Development to define and execute the team's strategic goals aligned with the firm's growth objectives.
- Adhere to the highest ethical, regulatory & risk standards, ensuring that ICONIQ is known to uphold the highest standards.
- 10 years of experience within private wealth management, investment management, or relevant financial services verticals.
- Established network of High Net-Worth individuals, families, entrepreneurs and industry intermediaries.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue and client acquisition goals.
- Substantial investment management experience, with deep capital markets and alternative investment product knowledge and investing capability an advantage.
- Originality in thinking and ability to bring new ideas and creative solutions to discussions.
- Desire and ability to lead multiple discussions and projects every day with consistent enthusiasm.
- Demonstrated leadership capability and an open & collaborative working style.
- Ability to develop and mentor IM Development team members and contributing to a collaborative, high-performance culture.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, financial modelling software and portfolio management platforms.
