Digital Marketing Manager

ICONIQ Growth is seeking a sharp, proactive, and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to oversee and elevate our website, creative, and social media channels. As part of the growing ICONIQ Growth marketing team, you will play a key role in shaping our digital presence, creating compelling content, and driving engagement across digital platforms.

What You’ll Do:

• Measure, track, and analyze website and content performance, providing regular insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Support the creation and execution of creative assets for digital channels, including copywriting, visuals, and multimedia content.
• Own the social media strategy for ICONIQ Growth, managing day-to-day content creation, scheduling, and posting across multiple channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, etc.).
• Develop social media content calendars, including both organic and paid content, to engage with target audiences.
• Support the development and execution of ICONIQ Growth’s email newsletter, including creating engaging email copy and tracking performance.
• Manage and update email mailing lists to ensure accurate targeting and segmentation.

Ideal Candidate Background:

• 3 years of relevant industry experience with at least 3 years in a marketing role and a Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic background, with demonstrated marketing DNA.
• Strong interpersonal, management, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and with members of the senior team.
• Excellent project and time management skills; ability to handle multiple concurrent assignments with a high degree of accuracy and meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
• Strong integrity, confidence, emotional intelligence, and ability to diplomatically navigate complex situations and lead diverse stakeholders and drive execution.
• Proficient in using Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Suite, Splash, Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Monday.com.
• Design experience (Canva, Illustrator, Photoshop) is a plus.

Location: Applicants are expected to work onsite in our San Francisco office in accordance with our hybrid working policy.

Compensation Range: ICONIQ is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role. There are several factors taken into consideration in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At ICONIQ, we apply a total reward philosophy where all aspects of compensation and benefits are taken into consideration in determining compensation terms. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $120,000 - $150,000 together with the benefits listed above.
