Seeking a dynamic and experienced Technology Project Manager to lead critical technology initiatives across ICONIQ. This role goes beyond traditional project management and plays a key part in shaping strategic efforts within our technological function. This individual will report to the VP Project & Vendor Management in Tech Strategy.
What You’ll Do:
- Leverage AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT Enterprise, Microsoft Copilot, etc.) and design intelligent workflows and reduce manual overhead and identify, evaluate, and pilot AI-driven tools or techniques that could improve project outcomes or team productivity.
- Collaborate across product, engineering, data, and business teams to deliver impactful solutions in an agile environment and act as a trusted partner to stakeholders ensuring timely updates, well- managed expectations & resolution of challenges.
- Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging the use of emerging technologies including AI and automation to enhance project delivery and operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting using AI or BI tools to surface insights, support data-driven decision-making, and track project ROI and resourcing.
- Drive a culture of experimentation by introducing scalable AI use cases and supporting adoption across functional teams.
- Lead strategic and operational initiatives that may extend beyond conventional project scopes.
- Support backlog grooming and roadmap definition, while helping set and maintain priorities.
Ideal Candidate Background:
- Bachelor's degree required; strong academic background preferred with 3 years of technical project management experience, preferably within financial services or related industries.
- Passion for AI and emerging technologies with the curiosity & initiative to evaluate, experiment with, and implement new tools to increase team efficiency.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple mid- to large-scale projects successfully.
- Strong understanding of technology systems, software development lifecycles, and project methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall).
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive and solutions-oriented, with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt quickly and lead in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

Compensation Range: ICONIQ is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role. There are several factors taken into consideration in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At ICONIQ, we apply a total reward philosophy where all aspects of compensation and benefits are taken into consideration in determining compensation terms. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $120,000 - $140,000 together with the benefits listed above.
