What are the responsibilities and job description for the Operations Manager position at ICONIX Waterworks?
About the Role
- Develops, maintains and monitors daily/monthly reports and procedures, helping to ensure branch achieves financial targets, exception processing goals and overall inventory awareness
- Assists Regional Operations Manager to optimize business processes to ensure efficient and timely customer service and to implement new procedures to improve performance
- Helps to implement procedures to ensure branch is compliant with all applicable health, safety and environment standards, regulations and policies, performing safety audits to identify any gaps and coordinating required safety training
- Identifies operational gaps and margin risks, ensuring action is taken at the branch levels to address issues and mitigate impacts
- Monitor inventory levels/purchasing to help branch maintain adequate inventory
- May perform other related duties within the scope of the position as required to meet the ongoing needs of the organization

Who We’re Looking For
- High School Dipolma or GED required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Sales/Marketing or related field preferred
- 3 years of related work experience that includes 3 years’ work experience
- Must hold a valid driver’s license

- Base Pay: $71,000 - $86,000 Annually, DOE
