What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Lead position at ICONIX Waterworks?
About the Role
- Ensure the necessary amount of inventory is readily available in its’ proper location at all times and that the receiving and distribution of product is correctly tracked and posted in related systems. Processes all necessary paperwork and posts correctly. Maintains integrity of the data in the inventory software and the physical count of inventory.
- Ensures accurate and timely distribution to customers. Resolves minor issues to customer satisfaction, and escalates as needed.
- Monitors fleet including registration of vehicles and adherence to state and federal regulatory requirements to maintain compliance.
- Follows and upholds all regulatory and company safety protocols, ensuring a safe, and clutter-free environment in the warehouse and yard.
- Responds to customer requests for all orders and shipments during branch operating hours.
- Monitors warehouse, shipping and fleet have all needed materials to perform each function effectively. Brings needed purchases to the attention of the Branch Manager for approval and purchasing.

Who We’re Looking For
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years’ of related experience
- Forklift experience (certification is an asset)
- A high level of ownership, accountability and initiative
- Had success working in a fast-paced environment thanks to your ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Organizational skills, communication skills and attention to detail
- The skills to use of a variety of technology and new computer applications
- The ability to frequently lift and carry up to 55 pounds
- The ability to work in inclement weather as required
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Computer literate
- A strong commitment to health and safety

- Base Pay: $26.50 - $31.00, hourly
