Our Client, a Healthcare company, is looking for a Skilled Nursing (SNF), Registered Nurse, Wound Care for their Alturas, CA location.
Responsibilities :
- Under the direction of the DON / designee, the RN will be responsible for diagnosis and treatment of common problems related to the treatment, management and rehabilitation of patients with pressure injuries, wounds, ostomies and / or continence problems as well as patient education and education of nursing staff.
- The Wound care nurse will practice across the spectrum of the organization including but not limited to emergency department, clinic, inpatient, outpatient, and long-term care.
