Key Responsibilities:
- The Phlebotomist Floater will represent the company face-to-face with patients, providing exceptional care and service during blood sample collection.

Requirements:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Medical assistant or paramedic training is preferred.
- Phlebotomy certification is also preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of phlebotomy experience is necessary.
- At least 3 years of experience in a PSC/IOP environment is preferred.
- Customer service experience in retail or service environments is desirable.
- Keyboard/data entry experience is essential.
