Description:

Ideal candidate will work in an “call center environment/ inbound calls” and execute Tech support engineer duties.. take calls from patients and field agents; trouble shooting med devices and resolve issues.. 40% calls or patient/ or MRI Centers.

Qualifications:

• BS degree, (BIO MED) or relevant combination of education & experience.. Fresh Grads of BioMed with CS experience will be considered... Associate not apply... Master Degree may be considered
• 3-5yrs of BIO Med Eng experience, Fresh Grads of BioMed with CS experience.
