Description:
The Dealer Contractual Group (DCG) is responsible for collaborating and partnering with stakeholders to process dealer contractual change requests and support dealer's compliance to the Client Dealer Sales and Service Agreement. The Contractual Manager oversees a portfolio of change request to update pertinent dealer information. Change requests must be processed timely with adherence to the Dealer Sales and Service Agreement and respective state statutes. The Contractual Manager is the subject matter experts on the company’s Policy, Processes and Procedures
Typical Day in the Role-
Receiving/discussing with dealerships to input a change request, along with working together to obtain the documentation needed to process. Meet with other departments to discuss requests.
Open office environment that focuses on collaborating
Working with different groups within company’s -Legal, IT, Field, and various positions in Sales Support.
Working directly with dealership personnel and that each request from a dealership is unique

Bachelor’s Degree
