Our Client, a Building Technology and Software Services company, is looking for a Customer Support Specialist for their Marinette, WI location.
Responsibilities :
- As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be in the office 5 days per week supporting the US, Canada, and Latin America and hours will vary depending on what region you will be supporting. CSR will execute all administrative tasks relating to the Client Fire Suppression parts and product and positively interact with customers both verbally and written.
- Handle customer complaints
- Review and close disputes with collections team.
- Follow up and coordinate internal resolution to customer complaints
- Handle RMAs / credits
- Manage cases in Salesforce.com
