Description:
Fresh Shared Ecosystem team is looking for a Data Solution Architect.
The candidate will be responsible for designing and/or providing inputs into the design of NAUDS.
Provide framework for how data and data related technologies and methodologies are used across the company.
The Data Solution Architect will ensure that data assets are managed and flows appropriately through the enterprise and meets business needs.
He will collaborate with Enterprise architecture group, Technical Lead, Functional teams, Upstream/Downstream applications to drive innovation, document and adopt standard data architecture design principles and artifacts.
He will ensure data architectures are designed for security and align with the Bank Data governance, Risk Management and IT Security standards and protocols..

Responsibilities
Analyze business needs by facilitating business & IT discussions, reviewing requirements from business and technical stakeholders.
Facilitate the design of flexible and scalable data architecture with an understanding of both functional and technical requirements. Focus to maintain balance between technology and execution efficiency.
Collaborate with business partners in Finance, Risk, Liquidity and Regulatory reporting to develop and maintain conceptual and logical data models in harmony with FRESH business strategies
Design and architecture of ETL interfaces, Data Marts, and Data Warehouse methodologies, adhering to the designed technical architecture and technologies within Client
Work closely with the technical team to understand the existing technical and functional flows and deliver an end-to-end solution solving existing system deficits.
Design end to end solutions focusing on Data Lineage, Reconciliations, Controls, User Interface
Partner with Enterprise Architects, Transversal teams, clients, ETL developers, other key stakeholders to design and develop high performing database solutions and maintain consistent data element definitions
Create high-level design documents and detailed specifications, in accordance with Client architecture standards.
Supports decision making by performing tradeoff analysis and recommending optimal solutions.
Assist the Project Manager to:
Execute the project plan and coordinate with the project stakeholders
Manage issues and risks
Report status, budget consumption and capacity planning

Qualifications
Soft Skills
7 years of experience in Data Architecture and Data Modeling, along with Solid experience in delivering multiple technical and data architecture for large projects.
7 years of complete system development life cycle experience with complex data integration solutions using relational data platforms (Oracle, Teradata, etc... ) and/or Big Data
Possess in depth technical development experience and a broad awareness of data management disciplines listed -but not limited to - below:
Data Modeling.
Data Integration (ETL/ELT).
BI tools like OAS and Tableau
Sensitive Data Management - Data classification and handling.
Metadata, Data Quality, Master Data Management.
Programming including shell scripting.
Experience in Banking and Financial Services industry with domain knowledge of Ledger and Referential Data, banking products such as Deposits, Loans, Securities, Derivatives, etc.
Demonstrates a sense of ownership of desired outcomes.
Has a 'driver' mindset to move forward the design process for an application.
Proven hands-on experience in solution driving and problem solving.
Ability to work independently under strict deadlines.
Strong engagement skills between, management, sponsors and stakeholders.
Excellent written and oral communication skills
