Our Client, a Healthcare company, is looking for a Family Medicine Clinic, LPN for their Gunnison, CO location.
Responsibilities :
- A clinically competent Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who provides direct patient care to both acutely and chronically ill patients through the nursing process of assessing, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- LPNs are expected to maintain proficiency in the care of all clinical patients, as directed by the Medical Director; to including triage, patient encounters, and regulatory oversight.
- LPNs are expected to practice nursing in accordance to their level of training and within the scope of practice determined by the license. LPNs must function collaboratively with patients, families, Physicians, MA’s, and supporting office staff.
- Nurses consider factors related to safety, effectiveness, cost, and impact on practice in planning and delivering nursing care at client.
