Description:
Accounts receivable account reconciliation, identifying payments, working with financial institutions to resolve end-customer inquiries
Work on credit limit audits, leasing order review, and invoice generation/distribution
Work daily in queues such as GetHelp, GMACC, and Credit Inquiries to address credit limit constraints, identify risk in the portfolio, assist in financial health assessments for indirect vendors, and manage credit risk appropriately in order to minimize write-offs and maximize revenue
Prepare periodic credit reviews, daily, monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reporting
Build strong relationship with work partners in Client Financial Services, WW Sales Finance Credit, Sales, Operations, Global Business Solutions
Determine methods and procedures on projects; may coordinate activities or participate in cross-functional teams to improve organizational processes
Able to operate independently with minimal supervision, relying on own judgment and discretion to think “outside the box” and resolve a variety of highly complex issues in creative and effective ways
Required Skills:
Exhibits strong knowledge of accounting concepts and corporate finance trends
Strong writing skills and able to succinctly articulate credit analysis, customer relationship and recommended actions
Well-versed in customer contract credit language and credit risk mitigation structures and implementation (e.g. collateral, credit insurance, bank support, parent support, etc.)
Eye for detail and seeing big picture, committed to excellence and teamwork
Experience in SLA reporting, analysis and portfolio management
