Responsibilities : Work closely with digital strategy to understand the current and intended future state of the Guide.Learn the ins and outs of our CMS and how we manage content.Occasionally assist in executing HTML / CSS coding assignments.Execute coding assignments in conjunction with other resources.Collaborate with the team to test new development releases.Provide ideas and innovative ways to transform and improve processes and user experience on the Guide.
Requirements :
College Degree or equivalent experience.3-5 years of related experience.Strong attention to detail with proven analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to identify and resolve conflicts.Solid verbal and written skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines and work with staff at all levels and across divisions.Fluency in JavaScript, CSS, and HTML required.Experience with Oracle CMS preferred.Experience with PHP-based websites preferred.A willing and quick learner.Taking accountability for team responsibilities.Collaborative partner who can work with others inside or outside our team to deliver results.Ability to adapt to changing roles and responsibilities.Ability to manage deadlines.
