What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hadoop Developer position at ICONMA?
Our Client, a Banking company, is looking for a Hadoop Developer for their Newark, DE location.
Responsibilities :
- Hadoop Developer to work in one or more than one projects in the Hadoop data lake, including technical deliverables as per business needs.
- Provide Technical expertise for the data engineering team, solution design for medium to complex data products, hands-on development, performing design and code reviews. Driving consistency, efficiency and cost benefits through Data Integration practices and standards.
- Work closely with project managers, Tech managers to Develop integrated technical applications in data lake platform, from conceptualization and project planning to the post
- Assist in the evaluation of new solutions for integration into the Hadoop Roadmap / Strategy
- Motivate internal and external resources to deliver on project commitments
- implementation support level. Responsible for developing complete life cycle of a Hadoop project implementation.
- Responsible to develop new re-usable utilities, understand and enhance existing utilities
