Our Client, a Banking company, is looking for a IT Program Manager V for their Richmond, VA / Kennesaw, GA / Chicago, IL location.
Responsibilities :
- This role will be responsible for programs / projects specific to initiatives.
- Manages tech budgets from the initial approval of a project through the project life cycle.
- Ensures changes in scope are approved and funded before additional work occurs.
- Manages end to end change management for programs / projects
- Manages resource plan for all projects in the program
- Serves as primary contact to senior managers and leaders for assigned change initiatives
- Communicates and influences both vertically and horizontally to obtain or leverage necessary resources
- Accountable for analyzing present-state, developing alternative future-state approaches and facilitating implementation
- Creates a clear, coherent approach to guide effective program / initiative setup, execution, and controls
- Partners with Project Managers and SMEs to execute technology solutions.
- Manages to timelines and communicates project status
